A+ STEM Labs began operating in 2002 as a dedicated initiative of A+ Technology Solutions to serve the rising demand for affordable and professional-level science education. The idea at first was to build mobile STEM labs that could visit each classroom, giving students easy-to-use, high-tech lessons at a low cost.
The A+ STEM Lab was founded with a single main purpose in mind: to overcome the insufficiency of school equipment by providing new tools for teaching science. Ideas started flowing, and now, there are more than 500 mobile labs serving all over New York City, giving many students a chance to explore advanced STEM subjects.
Seeing how learning needs are changing, A+ STEM Labs now provides Hybrid Learning Labs, which allow students and teachers to take part in our traditional labs remotely. With this innovation, students across the world are able to take part in interactive STEM activities.
